If this happens, then you might be sharing an incorrect link:
- Ensure that your link is shared correctly. It should be something along the lines of https: //trybe. com/?ref= 201b66eab7 unless you have created a custom link. If you wish to share a specific product with a friend, then use the “Invite a friend” button on the product page,
- Ensure that your friends clicked that specific link when they signed up to Trybe.Remember, in order for their registration to be complete they have to “Create a new account”,
- After they have confirmed that they created a user, go to your profile to see if it was registered,
If that still did not work, please ask your friend to try on another device or in a different browser.
