Having a complete and correct profile is essential throughout the selection process.If the information you have provided in your profile is incomplete or incorrect it could exclude you from receiving products. For example, if your address is incorrect in your profile, then it might be sent to someone else living in that house. Then we cannot re-send the product to you.

You can see how much of your profile is complete by looking at the bar at the top of the page. If your profile does not say 100% complete but you cannot see which information you are missing, please contact support so we can help you!
