If this happens, then you might be sharing an incorrect link:

  1. Ensure that your link is shared correctly. It should be something along the lines of https: //trybe. com/?ref= 201b66eab7 unless you have created a custom link. If you wish to share a specific product with a friend, then use the “Invite a friend” button on the product page,
  2. Ensure that your friends clicked that specific link when they signed up to Trybe.Remember, in order for their registration to be complete they have to “Create a new account”,
  3. After they have confirmed that they created a user, go to your profile to see if it was registered,

If that still did not work, please ask your friend to try on another device or in a different browser.
